Description:

Coming Home: The Human Experience Journal is a whimsical take on guided journaling. As you move through its pages, you’ll be encouraged to: practice getting comfortable with the uncomfortable, learn about your mind-body connection, be conscious of your thought patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and meet yourself with compassion along the way. It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about finding yourself beneath all the noise.

At its heart, Coming Home is more than just a journal. It’s a companion to sit with through all the messy moments, a mirror for your truth, and a partner in crime rebelling against the pressure to have it all figured out. Come as you are—and see what blossoms when you give yourself the permission to embrace every aspect of you.

What’s Inside

Inside you’ll find a month’s worth of thoughtfully designed morning and evening journal pages—giving you daily space to pause, reflect, and return to yourself. Each week introduces a unique theme with different goals to deepen your experience. Including inspiring quotes and bonus reflections, an exercise to help you define your core values, fun daily activities to spark variety, and even a thoughtful exploration of how your specific brain may function.

About the author

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Jacqueline is a curious, expressive soul who’s always been drawn to the deeper questions of human behavior. A former professional actress turned psychology graduate and journal creator, she began working in film and television at just three years old. She went on to appear in numerous productions, most notably as the Yellow Ranger in Nickelodeon’s Power Rangers Beast Morphers, which she filmed in New Zealand at 18.

After nearly a year abroad, she returned to Los Angeles to continue pursuing her career—until the pandemic brought an unexpected pause and, with it, a powerful moment of reflection. Her health had begun to decline during filming, and for the first time, she had space to listen to what her body and mind had been trying to say.

That turning point led her to step away from the industry and into something new: college, healing, and a deep dive into psychology, holistic health, and the mind-body connection.

Coming Home was born in the quiet of that transformation—an idea that wouldn’t let go until it was brought to life. Originally created as a personal tool to anchor herself, it’s now an offering for others seeking clarity, self-connection, and a return to inner peace.

When she’s not writing, you can find her rewatching New Girl and Scrubs for the 100th time, researching the gut-brain connection, or laughing a little too hard at her own jokes.
